Kubernetes 1.36 deprecated APIs

Kubernetes 1.36 removed nothing. It deprecated the v1beta2 Dynamic Resource Allocation APIs, scheduled for removal in 1.39, and coordination.k8s.io/v1beta1 LeaseCandidate, which has no newer version in the 1.37 source.
