Kubernetes 1.30 deprecated APIs

Kubernetes 1.30 deprecated authentication.k8s.io/v1beta1 SelfSubjectReview. The authentication docs give kubectl auth whoami as the command-line way to get the same information. authentication.k8s.io/v1 had been available since 1.28, and the beta stopped being served in 1.33.

Check a manifest against 1.30.
