Migrate SelfSubjectReview from authentication.k8s.io/v1beta1

SelfSubjectReview returns the user the API server sees for the current credentials. The authentication docs give kubectl auth whoami as the command-line way to get the same information. Kubernetes 1.33 removed authentication.k8s.io/v1beta1, and v1 has been available since 1.28.
