Kubernetes 1.37 removed APIs

Kubernetes 1.37 removed the v1beta1 IPAddress, ServiceCIDR and VolumeAttributesClass APIs. It also deprecated several betas that reached v1 in the same or the previous release, including MutatingAdmissionPolicy, ClusterTrustBundle and StorageVersionMigration.

Every replacement below was available by 1.34, so clusters could migrate before upgrading.
