Kubernetes 1.23 deprecated APIs

Kubernetes 1.23 removed nothing. It made autoscaling/v2 available and deprecated autoscaling/v2beta2 HorizontalPodAutoscaler in the same release. It also deprecated the first beta of API Priority and Fairness: FlowSchema and PriorityLevelConfiguration in flowcontrol.apiserver.k8s.io/v1beta1.

• HorizontalPodAutoscaler autoscaling/v2beta2: removed in 1.26
• PriorityLevelConfiguration flowcontrol.apiserver.k8s.io/v1beta1: removed in 1.26
