Kubernetes 1.21 deprecated APIs

Kubernetes 1.21 deprecated four beta APIs, all removed in 1.25: CronJob, EndpointSlice, PodDisruptionBudget and PodSecurityPolicy. The first three reached v1 in this same release. PodSecurityPolicy got no replacement API, so it is the one that needs real planning.

Check a manifest against 1.21.

• CronJob batch/v1beta1: removed in 1.25
• EndpointSlice discovery.k8s.io/v1beta1: removed in 1.25
• PodDisruptionBudget policy/v1beta1: removed in 1.25
• PodSecurityPolicy policy/v1beta1: removed in 1.25
