Kubernetes 1.17 deprecated APIs

Kubernetes 1.17 removed nothing, but it deprecated the v1beta1 RBAC APIs: Role, ClusterRole, RoleBinding and ClusterRoleBinding, along with CSINode. They kept working until 1.22. rbac.authorization.k8s.io/v1 had been available since 1.8, and moving to it is a change to the apiVersion line.

Check a manifest against 1.17.

• RoleBinding rbac.authorization.k8s.io/v1beta1: removed in 1.22
