Migrate Endpoints from v1

Endpoints lists the addresses behind a Service. Kubernetes 1.33 deprecated it in favor of EndpointSlice. Endpoints doesn't support dual-stack clusters, and truncates long lists of endpoints. No removal is scheduled, so existing objects keep working, but code that reads Endpoints should move to discovery.k8s.io/v1 EndpointSlice.
